Brendan Ferguson Wildcrafting Choke Cherry
My love of herbology started before I recognized it, when I was growing up on the Bruce Peninsula. My love and understanding of nature laid a firm foundation for my understanding of herbology. My formal education began when I apprenticed under Arlene Mills of Niagara Herb Farm for two years. I also took up an extensive self study of herbology, which I continue to this day.

Niagara Herb Farm What I am currently practicing, I can rightly call Phenomenological Herbology. I seek to understand herbs not only by clinical importance, but also by understanding the plant in its own “language”. Understandably, this has led to different clinical insights than the commonly travelled herbal path.

Although I do have experience in helping people understand what herb might help them best for a specific condition, most of my time is spent enabling people to wildcraft or correctly cultivate, harvest, and prepare their herb for use. I coach people to understand and feel how the herb is effecting them and to adjust their treatment accordingly. I aim to enable people to be able to use herbology as part of their daily life.
I am proud to make mention here that I have been working with Botanicals Wildcrafted and Buy Tincture. I have been usign there products and have seen great results with them in my practise.
